Sunoco Brings NASCAR Driver, eSports Elite Together For Racing Challenge

Solve client Sunoco – Official Fuel of NASCAR – wanted to see what would happen when eSports drivers went up against a professional NASCAR driver. Coined as the “eWorld vs. Real World Challenge,” Sunoco put two eSport racers from NASCAR’s Peak iRacing Series in the driver’s seat against Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series driver Bubba Wallace. The three competitors each sat behind the wheel of a driving simulator, then drove a US Legends car on Charlotte Motor Speedway’s quarter-mile track. Times from each event were totaled, and the lowest combined time was crowned the winner. Click here to see who took the top prize.
