Solve’s Andre Shoals Shines Bright In Local Theater

Actor’s Creativity On Stage In Second Career Away From Agency

Andre Shoals, one of Solve’s first hires in the agency’s inaugural year, keeps his creative talents in high gear outside the agency with a passion for acting. Trained in dance at The Alvin Ailey School in New York City, St. Paul-raised Shoals launched his career as a professional dancer in New York and Boston before returning to Minneapolis to work in musical theater. The accomplished actor has brought numerous characters to life and is currently appearing in “Beauty and the Beast” at the Chanhassen Dinner Theater. “We encourage all our team members to have creative pursuits away from the agency,” said Solve CEO John Colasanti. “It keeps the juices flowing for the work we do here at Solve.”
