Growing Agency Expands Leadership Team

Solve has elevated three senior employees to Partners, a new position within the five-year-old Minneapolis-based agency. The new Partners are Kara Brower, Director of Project Management, Ryan Murray, Account Director and Roman Paluta, Director of Business Development.

“As we continue to grow, it’s critical our leadership core has a strong and broad enough foundation to push our organization, work and culture. We’re at the size now where we need a few more hands on the wheel,“ said John Colasanti, Solve CEO. “Each of these individuals has played an important role in our success, and adding them to our management team will enable them to contribute even more to shaping our organization and ensuring the success of our clients,” Colasanti added.

“Victory Over Cancer” Idea Brought To Life In Contemporary New Look

After launching a website last month, Solve client The V Foundation is now rolling out the remainder of its identity. The new brand look and voice extends from the website to apparel to a full complement of marketing materials. The identity infuses fresh energy into the brand’s “Victory Over Cancer” creative platform drawing inspiration from the passion and intensity of late coaching legend Jim Valvano, who along with ESPN, founded the V Foundation in 1993. American Standard Faucets Win 2016 GOOD DESIGN Awards

Solve Client American Standard Named Design Excellence Award Recipient For Beale And Edgewater Kitchen Faucets

Solve client American Standard, long a dominant force in bathroom fixtures, made a recommitment to its faucet business in 2016 introducing more new designs and fresh styles than ever before. Now two of those kitchen faucets – the Beale and the Edgewater – have been awarded GOOD DESIGN Awards, the world’s oldest and most prestigious design award. Presented by the Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design, GOOD DESIGN Awards recognize the most innovative and cutting-edge industrial, product, and graphic designs produced around the world. Both products were featured in Solve’s “The Life Of Your Faucet” campaign, the largest faucet campaign in American Standard’s history.

Solve Featured In Communication Arts Advertising Annual

Agency’s “The Blank Video Project” Honored Among Best From Around World

Solve was recognized in the 2016 Communication Arts Advertising Annual. The Communication Arts Awards honor the best in visual communications and recognize the finest talent in the industry. The agency’s award was for its “The Blank Video Project,” a provocative idea that challenged and dispelled the industry’s preoccupation with video view counts as a false measure of creative effectiveness. The project has been widely covered by international media including Fast Company and Adweek.

The Communication Arts Advertising Competition is among the most prestigious competitions for creativity in advertising. Work is judged by a select group of jurors made up of leading creative directors, art directors and writers.

Solve Hires Claire Bramel As Social Media Specialist

Claire Bramel joins Solve as Social Media Specialist. Bramel was most recently an Associate Channel Marketing Manager at SPS Commerce, a leader in cloud-based supply chain management solutions based in Minneapolis. The University of Minnesota graduate brings a breadth of writing, editing and social media experience to the agency from past communications roles. “We’re pleased and have high expectations for Claire as she joins our Solve team.
