Solve Caps Cinco De Mayo Week With Guac-Off Contest

Putting its own unique spin on last week’s celebration of Cinco de Mayo, Solve put its employees’ guacamole-making skills to the test in its fourth annual Guac-Off Challenge. Accompanied by fresh margaritas and El Diablos, team members gathered Friday afternoon with their own specialty guacamole recipes. Participants voted on a range of different creations, and in a hotly contested taste-off, the winner was Miriam – bringing a smoky rendition of guacamole infused with chipotle seasoning, paprika and habanero peppers. It was delicious.
