To celebrate #LEGOBuildDay, the Solve team put together a LEGO Technic 1:8 scale model of the iconic Porsche 911 GT3 RS – paying tribute to long-time client Porsche. Containing 2,704 pieces and measuring over 22 inches long, the LEGO set was a fun outlet for Solve employees to express their creativity in different ways. “We love working with Porsche,” says Solve Associate Creative Director Joe Stefanson, who led the build. “Making content for them is one thing – but building one of their products out of LEGO has been a new and exciting type of challenge.”

As Solve continues expanding its Connection Strategy team, Rylee Callahan has joined the agency as a Connection Analyst. Prior to Solve, Callahan honed her digital and social media skills with the YMCA’s marketing department. She’ll be working alongside her teammates to help craft digital strategies and execute forward-thinking campaigns for Solve’s clients. “We’re pumped to have Rylee on board with us,” says Rebecca Underwood, Solve Associate Director of Connection Strategy. “We’ve loved seeing her passion for helping brands carve a presence in the digital space, and know that she’ll be a huge asset to our team and our partners.”

Solve recently added to its Account Management department, hiring Molly Cashman as Account Manager. Cashman previously worked at United Heroes League – a non-profit dedicated to helping children of military service members find community and confidence through sports. Leading UHL’s marketing efforts, she positioned the organization to raise millions of dollars and help thousands of military families. “We’re excited to bring Molly onto our team,” says Solve President Ryan Murray. “In addition to a strong work ethic, she has the infectious energy and collaborative spirit we always look for in our team members.”
