Grace Noice recently joined Solve as a social strategist. With a background in social media and graphic design, Noice spent the past year traveling the country as a Brand Ambassador for Planters. As a member of Solve’s social team, she’ll be responsible for leading the social strategy and content creation efforts across several of the agency’s clients. “We’re delighted to have Grace joining our team,” says Solve Social Media Manager Jordan Kranick. “Her diverse experience will be valuable as we continue developing more and more social programs across our roster.”

Solve recently hired Zara Kurt as a Connection Strategist, boosting its fast-growing Connection Strategy team. Prior to Solve, Kurt held stints in media at several shops in the Minneapolis area, working on brands such as Walmart, SuperAmerica and various professional sports teams. In her role, she’ll lend her experience toward cross-platform strategic planning and media execution for Solve’s clients. “Zara’s a great addition to our team,” says Solve Director of Connection Strategy/Partner Nicole Pomerleau. “She’s a seasoned pro that’ll bring great energy to our media planning and buying efforts.”
