On Location: Solve Shoots 2018 Campaign For Indian Motorcycle

Solve recently wrapped filming new work for client Indian Motorcycle with award-winning, Los Angeles-based RSA Films. The campaign represents the initial work from Solve since winning the account in late 2017. The production also marks the first commercial work of acclaimed actor and motorcycle enthusiast Ewan McGregor, who recently joined RSA’s directorial roster. The production took place on location in California. The 2018 campaign will debut on television and print this spring.

True Value CEO Embarks On Cross-Country Town Hall Tour

A group of True Value Associates gathered recently outside the Retail Support Center in Chicago with well-wishing signs and cheers. The gathering was a sendoff for President & CEO John Hartmann, as he embarked on a cross-country Town Hall bus tour to meet with True Value Retailers. The tour will give Retailers the chance to further discuss the benefits and opportunities regarding the company’s proposed partnership with private equity investment firm ACON International.

Solve Hires Pedro Bacic As ACD/Art Director

Solve welcomes Pedro Bacic as Associate Creative Director/Art Director. He joins the agency from Leo Burnett in Chicago where he spent the last 5 years. Bacic has worked on an impressive roster of brands during his career, including Samsung, Chevrolet, Ford and McDonald’s. He began his advertising career in Brazil at JWT, before relocating to the U.S., where he worked at DDB Miami. “We’re excited to have Pedro on our staff,” said Managing Creative Director Hans Hansen. “His international experience and strong creative agency pedigree will have a great impact on our work.” Bacic’s passions outside of advertising include playing guitar, traveling and spending time with his family, who will be relocating to Minneapolis to join him in early April.
