No
problem
we can’t
solve.

It’s a verb, a noun, our name. Solve is a word we feel very, very equipped to talk about, and not just because it’s what we answer to. We’re human. Finding problems, then seeking solutions, that’s the very root of human nature.

But here’s the rub.

Getting there isn’t guaranteed. If you try to think your way out of the box, you’ll never escape the box. Because the best solves have an air of magic, of whoa, of "how the hell did you do that?" Which means the ultimate solve will rarely be rational,
but it’ll make all the sense in the world.
